Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BOC (the “Service”), including the website, web workspace, and mobile app. BOC is business appointment and operations software for appointment-based service businesses. It brings scheduling, customer records, cashier, income and expenses, staff permissions, contracts, branches, export, and web plus mobile access into one workspace.

BOC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Service. By creating an account or using BOC, you agree to these Terms. Questions go to info@boc-lb.com.

1. The Service

BOC is a staff-run workspace for appointments, customers, cashier, income and expenses, staff permissions, contracts, branches, and export. Features may change as we improve the Service. BOC does not include a customer self-booking portal.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create a workspace and an owner account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BOC. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your data

Your business remains separate. Data you enter in your workspace stays yours. You may export your files, appointments, customers, staff, and business records as described in the product.

Health and medical information that you store in BOC is processed only to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or that infringes other people’s rights
• Try to access another workspace or account without permission
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
• Misuse customer, staff, or medical data stored in your workspace

5. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are shown at signup and in the product. If a paid subscription is not renewed, access to paid features may stop. You can cancel according to the options in your account.

6. Availability

We aim to keep BOC available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
