BOC for dental clinics

A dental clinic needs the tooth and the visit in the same file. BOC puts an FDI chart on the client file, on the web and in the mobile app, and leaves payment at the cashier.

From the chair to the chart

Staff book the chair as a visit. The chart is FDI, including primary teeth, which map to their permanent counterparts. A finding sits on a tooth. Linked findings cover a contiguous run. The periodontal chart treats molars as molars. A dental procedure can carry a price on the visit. The chart itself does not take payment. A salon on the same product leaves the chart off.

The doctor room can show dental items when the visit is dental. Notes and prescriptions stay on the file. The cashier then shows due, paid, and remaining. If Egyptian tax is not on, the receipt is not an Egypt e-invoice. The phone app opens the same chart as the web, so the chart is not redrawn in a side notebook between the chair and the desk.

Daily problems

The paper chart stays in a drawer

The FDI chart is on the patient file. Opening the file opens the tooth, on the web or on the phone.

The chart is asked to take the money

A procedure can have a price on the visit. The cashier still shows due, paid, and remaining. The chart does not collect it.

Primary teeth are drawn as adult teeth

Primary teeth map to their permanent counterparts. Molars stay molars on the periodontal chart.
