The BOC AI robot

BOC includes an AI robot for the people who run the clinic. It works on the website and in the phone app. You ask in your own words, and it does the everyday work or teaches you how that part of BOC works. Paying and deleting stay with you.

The BOC robot on the website and on the phone.

What it does

The robot reads the question you actually ask. It is not a fixed list of words you have to memorize. You can write the way you speak, in Arabic, English, or French, and it answers in that same language. On an Arabic page it understands the way you phrase the request, and it answers so the team can follow it.

It can look at the whole clinic: the day on the calendar, a customer by name, what is due at the cashier, who is waiting, and the screens that person is allowed to open. It only shows what that person may see. A receptionist does not suddenly see numbers the owner kept for managers.

You can ask it to do the work on the screen. Typical requests are to book a visit, add a customer, open a page, find someone, or get a payment ready. It walks through the steps and finishes the ordinary work. It stops before Pay and before Delete. You press those yourself.

You can also ask it to teach. It explains a screen, a button, or a way of working, in plain language, on the website and on the phone. A new teammate can learn the cashier, the calendar, or the customer record without waiting for someone to stand beside them.

On the website and on the phone

The same robot sits at the corner of the screen on the website and in the BOC app for iPhone and Android. Open it, type, or speak, and send. The chat shows your words on one side and the robot’s words on the other, with the time under each message.

What you do on the website is the same clinic the phone sees. A visit the robot books at the desk is on the phone. A customer the robot finds on the phone is the same customer at the desk. Each clinic keeps its own information, its own cost, its own chats, and its own spending. One clinic never reads another clinic’s questions or numbers.

The owner turns the robot on or off, and chooses which people on the team may use it. Limits can be set for a person, for a day, a week, or a month. When a limit is reached, the robot says so in that person’s language and does not send the request.

Real clinic work

Booking: “Book Layla for laser tomorrow at 4.” The robot checks the free time, the service, and the person who will do the visit, then books it. If more than one choice fits your words, it asks which one you mean before it books. You still press Pay when the visit is paid.

Finding a customer: “Open Layla’s record” or “What is left on her package?” The robot finds the person and shows the visits, the balance, and the notes you are allowed to see. You do not have to remember which menu holds the record.

Explaining a screen: “How does the cashier work?” The robot explains due, paid, and what is still to collect, and where extra sessions and the day’s costs sit. “How do I pause a visit?” gets the same kind of answer, on the steps your role can actually use.

Teaching: a guided tour opens the main parts of BOC that you may open, on the website and on the phone, and points at the important pieces with one or two short sentences. Next moves on, Ask lets you ask about the piece in front of you, and Stop ends the tour. The tour only shows and explains. It does not book, pay, or delete.

Getting a payment ready: “Prepare today’s payment for Layla.” The robot opens the cashier and lines up what is due. It does not take the money. You press Pay. It also does not remove a customer, a visit, or a record. You press Delete.

What you get, and what stays yours

A new business gets free use of the robot every month. The pricing page shows how many uses are included. When the clinic needs more, they are bought in the phone app. The free uses are for that clinic, shared by the people who are allowed to open the robot, and they come back each month.

Before it starts a task, it can ask whether you want each step explained or just done. You can stop it. If something on the screen does not match what you asked, it tells you and waits. It never types a password and it never signs anyone out.

The welcome message, every time you open the chat, says what it can do: help with the work, do a task on the screen, and teach. A button there starts the tour. Nothing pops up on its own when you simply open BOC.

How it works in BOC

  1. Open the robot. Press the robot at the corner of the website or of the phone app. The chat opens with a short welcome in the language of the screen.
  2. Ask in your own words. Type or speak the request. You do not need a special phrase. Arabic, English, and French all work, and the answer comes back in the language you used.
  3. Let it do the task or teach. Ask it to book, add, open, or find, or ask it how a screen works. Choose an explanation of each step, or let it do the steps.
  4. You pay and you delete. When money should move, or something should be removed, the robot stops. You press Pay or Delete yourself.
  5. Take the tour when you are new. Press the tour button in the chat. The robot shows the parts you may open and explains them. Stop whenever you have seen enough.

Who it is for

Clinics Reception can book the next visit and find a patient while the doctor is in the room, and a new hire can learn the screens from the tour.

Dental clinics The front desk asks the robot to open a patient’s record or book the next visit, and the explanation stays in the language the team uses.

Beauty salons A salon asks the robot to book a service at a free time and to explain the cashier before the client pays.

Spas A spa uses the robot to find a guest, see what is left on a package, and teach a new therapist the day’s screens.

Questions

Does BOC have an AI?

Yes. BOC has an AI robot for the people who work in the clinic. It is on the website and in the phone app. It can do the work you ask for and it can teach the team.

Does the robot work on the phone?

Yes. The same robot is on the website and in the BOC app for iPhone and Android. A booking made in one place is in the other, because both use the same clinic.

Can it book a visit for me?

Yes. Ask it to book a person, a service, and a time. It checks what is free and books the visit. If your words match more than one choice, it asks which one you mean.

Will it take the payment or delete something?

No. It can get a payment ready, and then you press Pay. It never deletes a customer, a visit, or a record. You press Delete.

Can it teach a new teammate?

Yes. Ask how a screen works, or start the guided tour. The tour points at the important parts you are allowed to open and explains them in a few short sentences. The tour does not change anything.

Is the robot included, and can we buy more use?

A new business gets free use of the robot every month. The pricing page shows how many uses are included. More can be bought in the phone app. Each clinic keeps its own balance.

Does one clinic see another clinic’s chats?

No. Each clinic keeps its own information, its own cost, its own chats, and its own spending. The robot only answers from the clinic you are signed in to, and only from what you are allowed to see.
