Your week of sessions, on your phone

The BOC app for iPhone and Android opens your calendar in day or list view. Tap an empty slot to book a session, drag a session to a new time when a client asks to move, and BOC checks that the time is free before it saves. If a time is already taken, BOC shows “This time is full. Choose another time.” The same calendar opens in the browser on your laptop, with week and month views to plan ahead.

You can run BOC alone. Switch on Staff role on your own role in Roles & Permissions, and you appear in the staff list when booking, so every session is booked with you as the coach. When a session ends, Set Next Appointment books the next one before the client leaves, and a session that has to wait goes to Paused Appointments until you postpone it to a new date.

Session packs, payments, and two currencies

Sell training packs as packages: a number of sessions, one price, an expiry in days, and a renewal price. Clients pay in full or in parts, with a fixed or minimum amount for each paid session. Every booking shows the sessions used and left, and when the last session is used, BOC offers Renew package at the renewal price or Pay next session only. View Clients lists each client with their status and the sessions they have taken.

Payments go through the cashier with due, paid, and remaining on every session. Take cash, card, or a wallet, split one payment with Add another payment option, and print or share the receipt. With a second currency switched on, such as USD and LBP, BOC fills the official daily rate and shows what you took in each currency. Add your expenses, such as studio rent or equipment, and read Net after expenses at the end of the day.

Every client in one file

Each client has a Customer File with their phone, date of birth, allergies, and previous surgeries, every session with what was paid, dated notes signed with your name, and Images & Files for progress photos taken with the phone camera. Clients can sign your terms or a health and liability form with a finger in the BOC app, and the signed copy stays on their file.

The WhatsApp button on the file and on each session opens a chat with the client's number, so confirming tomorrow's session or sending a new time takes one tap. On the dashboard you see your revenue, your sessions, and how many new and returning clients you had this month.

When you grow

Five staff seats are included in the plan. Add a second coach or a receptionist in Team, and BOC emails them a login; roles decide whether they see the cashier or only their own clients. Commission rules can pay each coach a percent of their sessions or of each pack payment. A studio or a court can be a resource on every booking, a Booking Capacity rule lets a small group share one session time, and a second location becomes a branch in the same account.

How it works in BOC

1. Install the app. Download BOC from the App Store or Google Play and sign in, or open it in the browser.
2. Add your sessions. In Services and Pricing, add your session types with their price and length.
3. Create your packs. In Package Settings, set the sessions, the price, the expiry, and the renewal price.
4. Book your clients. Add each client's file and book sessions from it, or tap an empty slot on the calendar.
5. Get paid. Take payment at the cashier, in one or two currencies, and set the next session.
