BOC for dermatology and laser
Laser and dermatology work is a course of sessions on a machine, a file with photos, and a signature that stays with that person. Staff book every session.
A session on the machine
A course can be a package: a price, a number of sessions, an expiry, and a renewal price. Payment is full or partial, with a minimum first payment. Cancellation keeps the session or forfeits it. Each remaining session is still booked by staff as a visit, on a time the machine and the branch can take. The client is not sent a link to spend a session.
The consent signature is stored on the client file. The saved copy remains if the template later changes. The men and women tabs follow the gender on the file, so the other tab stays locked. Contracts are limited to services already on that customer. Photos and PDFs sit on the same file. The cashier takes the package payment and any product sale, and a product sale reduces branch stock. WhatsApp, if the desk uses it, opens the client’s own number. It does not send a campaign or an automatic reminder.

The course lives on a punch card
A package holds the price, the sessions, the expiry, and the renewal. Each used session is a visit.
The signed page is in another drawer
The signature stays on the client file, and it remains if the template changes.
The machine is double booked
Staff book the session on a time the calendar can accept. A conflict is not stacked on a busy resource.

Questions
Can a client book the next laser session online?
No. Staff book the remaining session as a visit. There is no self-booking portal.
What happens to a signed consent if the template changes?
The saved copy stays on the client file.
Does WhatsApp send the reminder?
No. BOC opens WhatsApp to that client’s number. Staff send the chat. There is no campaign and no automatic reminder.
Can the first payment be partial?
Yes. A package can require only a minimum first payment. The cashier still tracks what remains.
Does a product sale change stock?
Yes. Selling a product at the cashier reduces the quantity on that branch.
