BOC for sports clubs
A club books coaches and sessions, sells a set of visits, and needs to know who was on site. BOC does that without a member self-booking page and without storing a face image.
The session and the door
Staff book the session on the calendar with the coach and the space that can take it. A set of sessions can be a package with a price, an expiry, and a renewal price. Members do not open a portal to spend a session. Staff book the remaining one as a visit. The cashier takes the money as due, paid, and remaining. A walk-in who was not on the book can still be taken there.
Staff clock in on the phone against the branch geofence. Lateness, early leave, and overtime come from the shift, with grace, a rate, and a cap, onto the HR ledger. BOC does not store a face image. The web attendance screen is a correction: an authorized person sets the employee, the kind, the time, and a reason. That screen is not the GPS punch. Paying the coach is a later payout of salary, commission, bonus, or overtime, and only when live payout is on. The punch itself does not hand over wages. Roles decide which coach sees the book, the cashier, or settings.

Members are sent a booking link

The phone punch uses location and the branch geofence. BOC does not store a face image.
The coach is paid from the punch
The punch records attendance. Wages leave later, as one payout, when live payout is on.

Questions
Can a member book a session in an app?
No. The mobile apps are for staff. There is no customer self-booking portal.

No. That screen corrects a punch with an employee, a kind, a time, and a reason.
Does the punch pay the coach?
